Q: builder qouted 4000 (negotiable) . The approach is very narrow and not good at all . Heard there is water problem and all the bore well had dried up and now they are sourcing water from a borewell outside the greendale compound. any suggestions? idont think it is worth spending 4000/sq ft. any suggestions ?

It is a BIG NO for 4290- not worth at all. Yes,most of the flat are sold since they have started this project 4 years back and people bought in very less price.I have met couple of them bought 6-8 months back for 3000/sq ft.. Not sure its worth giving 3900 for this or invest in something below 3200 and wait for an year. Confused !

Hi Vasu, Recently they have increased the price per sqft which is Rs 4290 and the price is negotiable. Yeah you are right the roads are narrow but its a tar road. 60 percent of the project is sold out.
