2.) Visit state/national consumer forum to know yourself as to how many cases are running against them.
3.) Try 2 talk 2 as many as existing customers u cud 2 get an idea of intensity of dis scam.
4.) Visit all d bankers nd not just one u decide to get loan frm nd get to know y most of d banks hv stopped loan to Aliens
5.) Visit RCPuram police station nd chk d FIR(Cr No: 14/2015) against dem nd the no of ppl in dat.
6.) If u hv any relative or acquaintances in ny media house check wid him.
7.) Talk 2 land owners whose case is in Arbitration against Aliens.
8.) Do search with keywords like Aliens fraud/scam on Google.

Currently, the plots in Shamshabad are valued between Rs 4,000 to 6,300 per sq ft. Due to the ongoing development; one can expect a year on year capital appreciation of almost 15 to 20 per cent.
