Ok,!! if you have bought it in this price.. then you should sell the unit in Rs.73 lac -Rs 75 lac. The price will depend on the units area. The recent price trend is more than Rs 5000 per sq ft. Hence you can match up, till that. Moreover you can wait for few months, as there are chances for the price to go up.

Right now the price is around Rs 5300 per sq ft and more 5% will go up. Hence , you can sell it of now, or wait for few months....
