Hey heard that at empowerment commetee meeting, GMADA has cleared that they will not be accepting any new applications for mega projects in mullanpur as the rest of the Land will be aquired by GMADA. Only the existing players can apply for extension. Does anyone know about this issue ??? Is it true ?

Hello Ashwani, as far as i know it is good project to invest. The price is Rs 14,000 per sq yard. Here the plot size would be around 500 sq.yd . The total project is of 135 acres. Location is also good as it is just 5 km to PJI hospital and 12 km to railway station.

Hello. They do not have 135 acres. They have around 45-50 acres. Getting CLU is not easy for them.
