Could you please let me know what are the current per sqft prices in that community and was the builder not supportive in making the changes if things were not proper? Can we get in touch as I need to get some details, we are looking to buy a house.

Hi Vincent, stamp duty is payable against property you have purchased. It is the govt. charges and you have to pay... yes of course you should no the percentage rate charged..

HI Kirthi, you can check document of legal approval from GHMC offices as well as you also ask same from builder to provide a copy of all legal documents, one more way, fill RTI form for an Issue related to approval. or also take help of legal adviser.

Hey there...i heard that this apartment is providing 2 and 3 bhks guys...the price range of the apartment is fixed at Rs. 3399 per square feet. The area of the apartment ranges from 1040 square feet (2 bhk) to 1600 square feet (3 bhk)
Luxor apartments is one of the projects which is being ready for possession in 2014 december itself. This project comprises of 474 apartments. I think its a good option as the rates are also quite reasonable. Please find out about this locality also before buying. best of luck.

Hi, any buyer before proceeding to acquire a property should first get to know the legality of the project. First the land legality, from what I have seen and read from the documents the ownership of the land has been established by District and High Court in favor of the Land lord who has given it on development to Ms Trishala Infra, the builders. Hence, legally the ownership rights have been established by the Courts. As individuals we may agree or disagree and downplay or promote any venture but finally the Courts are the authority and here the "LAND TITLE IS CLEAR". Now coming to the construction part, the project should be approved by the concerned Development Authority and in this case the project has been approved by GHMC. So who ever wants to buy a property here please check these and buy. I have checked these so why don't you do it. Do not listen to people like me or anyone else who give opinion without verifying the documents and give opinion based on here say. Harry
it has lot of legal issues, don't just trust banks. There is big court case behind this venture. If you buy, you certainly loose it. Be care full. it was originally Prabhupadha layout done Shailendra developers. Go to Majidbanda and ask anyone, they will tell whole story

Hi Sangeetha...according to me Hyderabad prices wont go down. If you are planning to invest Kondapur is a good place for investment as it is near to IT cyber towers. I would suggest you one of the good reputed builders Lodha Builders..they are launching a new project by this september..so you can go for that also.
