Jakkur is one of the prime location for investment purpose as well as for end use. The area is very much liviable. Jakkur is considered as one of the finest areas of Bangalore. The real estate growth of the vicinity has been aided by the sharp crisis of plots in the city.

The project has been launched and it is expected to get completed by another two years from now. All the leading banks have also approved the project but my only concern is that has the project got approvals from the local body. Please let me know if any one has got any update about the approvals.

Even I am planning to visit the site this Sunday and also I had a word with the sales guy, he is telling that the price per sqft is Rs 5000 and it is also negotiable. But do you have any about the BBMP approvals @Mansoor
