Yes, Brigade Bricklane by Brigade Group is a RERA Approved project and its RERA Registration number is PRM-KA-RERA-1251-309-PR-180808-001981

As far as local body is concerned, BBMP, BDA have approved this project and Axis, HDFC, ICICI, SBI etc are offering loan for it.

Brigade Bricklane is a prelaunch project by Brigade Group developing in Kogilu Road, Jakkur, North Bangalore. This project is span across 8.8 acres of vast land and consists of 749 units of 1 and 2 BHK flat in a 2B plus G plus 4 Floors. Its variants are available from 405 sqft (carpet area) in 1 BHK and from 620 - 635 sq.ft (carpet area) in 2 BHK. And its per sqft rate is Rs.7777. As per developer, its possession date is December 2021 onwards.
