I am planning to buy a 2 bhk apartment in Shriram Smrithi. What will be the cost of a 2 bhk unit and what about the approvals

The price of a 2 bhk will cost you around Rs 39.37 lakhs approximately. The project has got approval from BBMP and you can avail home loan from banks lie HDFC, Axis, SBI and LIC Housing Finance.

Oh Okay!! Price quoted are quite affordable.. When is the possession and what is the amount I have to pay? Are they giving any discount or negotiating in the price quoted?

The project is having four phases and they are planning to give the possession Phase wise. You have to pay 80% now and rest after one year with zero interest. For discounts you have to talk with the builder, it seems you can avail up to 3 lacs discount on every purchase.

Shriram Smrithi is one of the brightest projects there are in real estate today in sarjapur attibele road. The nature, the construction, the look of it and the lifestyle of the place are all absolutely amazing, and I can’t wait to live there!
