Completion certificate will be given only after entire project completed?
Are there BDA violations?
Q: We hear there is no Completion certificate, occupancy certificate even after 5 years, and expected to be obtained only after entire project is completed. At present only 15% project is done. is it true? Also we hear there are many changes to BDA plan and BDA had submitted many notices to builder. Are these true?
Hi Yatendra, Have you booked an apartment in any of their project? I was thinking of going for thier project called HM North City but it seems they are not marketing the project now :( :(
Quality of the construction is not a problem and the flats in the HM world city are well thought out They are spacious, airy and well designed. Only thing that I heard is that there are some disgruntled residents who have been fighting the builder and even the builder is also frustrated with this. Otherwise a very good project(atleast I liked it) with close proximity to everything like markets and the upcoming metro yet calm and peaceful. I was informed that Khatha will be given once the project is completed.
The Builder receives the completion certificate from the Municipal Authorities after the completion of the project. The Certificate documents the location and land identification of the building which certifies if the building is build according to the building standards
Hi, Completion certificate is only obtained after the completion of the entire project. According to the telephonic conversation the project is having 3 blocks among which two are completed and one of the block is under construction. It is also known that the project is approved by BDA. If you are planning to buy an apartment in this project it is better to cross check all the documents by a legal expert.
