Rajajinagar has become a major hub in the last few years after construction near the Yeshwantpur-Rajajinagar-Malleswaram corridor opened up massive apartment buildings for local residents that have increased real estate value. So I feel the price they are quoting is worth and moreover it is a luxury project. You can also expect appreciation in the coming days.
