i have a flat in mascot manorath soho in noida extension. project is located in walking distance of proposed metro station. i am a individual investor. prize is 2 lac lower than current rate.

Amrapali Centurain is a very old project in Noida Extension,. It launched with a per square feet price of Rs. 1500/- but now they are quoting Rs. 3200/- all inclusive although you can get a corporate discount if you book within this month.

Yes, as per the local estate agent, Centurain Park Terrace Home will be completed by 2016 end or 2017 mid.

Hi sir, Amrapali is a good brand and they have good projects lined up. Almost all of their projects have more than 3000 units due to which their construction quality is going down. Moreover, as the project is huge they are taking too long to complete the project, hence there is a delay of possession in almost all of their projects, so I suggest, if you are going for end use, this is a good project as an option but if you are going for investment, I would strictly ask you to rethink.
