Q: Hi, Could you please guide me regarding the prospective areas to invest in Gurgaon especially near Gwal Pahadi area. I am looking for a 2bhk residential apartment from a reputed builder. Budget is around 60 - 70 lacs. Also it would be great if you could provide me with some reference links.

Hi, Arpit. even i do not have much clarity for lease issue. Although as per few news and local broker , lease will be renewed after every 30 yrs and it will be solely buyer's discretion to renew it every time. Personally I feel that lease is not a big issue as whole Noida is on lease.

Let me come to the connectivity of the area first, this location is close by from Bristol Chowk, Faridabad, Chattarpur Chowk.hence the place will soon pick up the price trend and demand will also get effected ... and to go.. a bit off line , it has beautiful view of the aravalis :)
Hi, as you mentioned ,my study say that the density approved in sectors of gwal pahadi are coparitively very lower than other areas due to presence of Aravalis. Not to forget , DLF has land bank of approx 350 acres.
