Project has various modern amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, Health Facilities, 24Hr Backup, Security, Club House, Rain Water Harvesting, Tennis Court, Badminton Court, Gymnasium, Indoor Games, Basket Ball Court, Community Hall etc.

Hi, Noida extension is a area, where the prices went down, just due to the land litigation problems...When the projects were launched they started with Rs 1200 per sq ft.. the same projects are now RS 3400 per sq ft. Hence the whole area's price trend is on the higher side. The price per sq ft for this project is Rs 3100 per ft+ EDC.
