Q: Am interested in both the Nirala, but i wanna know the difference between two project.. Can i get some updates

According to my knowledge , yes they will,the project is providing amenities like luxurious club house,swimming pool, billiards table, badminton court, basket ball court, lawn tennis court, table tennis, cafeteria and children's play room, Wi Fi connectivity,creche/Day are arrangement, separate kids playing area with sand pits. Beautifully theme based landscaped park /gardens with water fountain & jogging track.

Hi, i would like to inform you that, difference between Nirala's town projects are the projects size and possession date. If your gave higher budget you can go for Nirala estate , because they have price of Rs 3425 per sq ft,whereas Nirala Aspire is on the lower end. They have Rs 2700 per sq ft rate.. :)

hmmm Nirala Aspire will give possession in 2015 end or 2016 mid. Also i would like to suggest you that kindly keep 6 months in hand as a grace period.
