I would advice to you visit the project site or the builder office and ask for the legal approvals, see the approach road, connectivity to NCR, daily basic necessities from the project site, see the construction material are using in the project and ask in the neighborhood about the civic issues. I am very sure that you will love the locality.
You can also verify the papers via Noida Authority which is in sector-6, walking distance from sector-16. If you are getting all the approvals in place then go for it.
Vibhor, I have made a few visits and verified that the approach road and connectivity makes sense to me. I loved the location but I still have to contact the neighborhood and noida authority to get the rest of work done. It would an added help if you can direct me to someone in the neighborhood.

Panchsheel Green Ph-2 is a GNIDA approved project and IOD and CC are in place. They have also get NOC from multiple departments such as State Pollution Board, Environment Clearance, Airport Authority and State Fire Dept.
