Project has various modern amenities like Garden, Play Area, 24Hr Backup, Maintenance Staff, Security, Intercom, Rain Water Harvesting, Wifi, Gymnasium etc.

Hi, the project is located in a very good location. Within 7 km there is metro station, you have Tech Zone Park IV and the project is few meters away from Pari Chowk..:)

Yes sure it will, see the appreciation rises, by connectivity and demand. Noida extension has both. and looking at the builder... i think the appreciation will be double after 3-4 years .

Yeas sure... they are quoting Rs 3425 per sq ft and they have 2-3-4 bhks.
