Rise Resort Residences is and under-construction project registered under RERA and RERA ID – UPRERAPRJ7561. Rise Resort Residences Phase-I. Located in Sector 1 Noida Extension, Greater Noida. It is offering 4 and 5 BHK residential apartment ranging from 3005 sq.ft (built-up area) in 4 BHK and 7855 sq.ft (built-up area in 5 BHK. Its current asking rate is Rs.5724 pr sqft. Stamp duty and registration charges extra. A 4 BHK will cost you Rs.1.72 crore onward while for a 5 BHK, it will be cost around Rs.4.51 crore onward.
