Enquired with the residents of KVR paradise and Hi-Rise meadows which are next to Praneeeth's venture, No one reported about the polluted ground water. Few of them told that they have gone for a water check and pollution levels are in acceptable range. I heard that most of the pollution companies are shifted to outside of outer ring road.

Some of the amenities are like Club-House, Swimming Pool, Party lawn, Gym, Children Play Area, Basketball court are offered in this project. No discounts are available for currently for this project. Banks like LIC, HDFC, ICICI, SBI have approval for this project.

@Syed.. The launching price was Rs 3,300 . Okay good...you can go to the site and check the details from builder too. Be carefull about the documents and other formalities. According me i would say it will be good for investment..you can expect around 15 to 20 perc appreciation in next year..as the location is quiet good..:)

The price per sq ft would be around Rs 3,600. If you are planning to buy you should immediately go and book..because bookings are going on..so before getting sold out..you can go. The location is very good..as it is Closer to Old Bombay Road just 6 kms from National Highway and Miyapur Metro and 6 kms from Nizampet X Roads, 12 kms from HITEC City, 3 kms from Outer Ring Road.
