As per this discussion i think you have purchased flat in empire meadows . How is the area here i mean the pollution level of air and water?

Some of the banks are like HDFC, LIC, SBI, DHFL have approvals for this project. This project is also approved by HMDA. So far i didn't heard any problems about water supply. No discounts will be given for this project.

The price per sq ft would be around Rs 2,735. The area is around 1200 sq ft for 2bhk and 1460 sq ft for 3bhk. If you are planning to buy you should immediately go and book..because bookings are going on..so before getting sold out , you can go and book.

The expected possession date will be by June 2014. Currently 2bhk and 3bhk both are available.. Vivek can you tell how abt the pollution level of water and air as coca cola n many pharma companies are here and they directly dump the waste in ground. And the same bore water would be provided. Do thy hav ny purification process b4 that wster is realeased for use
