Q: I am planning to Buy an SEZ project for investment, can some please let me know how does it go about , when do we have renew it , how much is the fee , is it very time consuming ?

Thank you every one for the such helpful advise , I am also looking in for the same Place ASF Gwal pahadi Road , I agree there providing one the best facilities . I am not an employee of any of the category though .Looking for some broker who can help me with this . as i believe we can buy it from the prior owners . at a little higher price .

Mr. Vishesh Bilwal, can you please tell me , which area are you particularly for investment??? Bcz the factor you should keep in mind that you should invest in SEZ projects looking at the opportunities like jobs and social infra... So if you can tell which area. It will be great !!

Hi , i would like to add that SEZ projects are always good for investment , because the employment opportunity increases. Hence the demand for the place will go up as soon as the project is ready. one more thing the connectivity of the place will also become very smooth and good. !! hence the idea is really very good !

hi Mr Vishesh , SEZ projects gives you good returns, hence if your are planing for investing in them , then that is a good idea, But for that you need to decide in which area do you want to invest. Bcz the location matter for future returns.
