Registration of under construction flat in mumbai

Q: I purchased a flat on 11th floor in a under construction property in mira road in 2011. Total number of planned floors are 21. I registered my agreement in Aug 2011. This project is yet in construction phase and currently builder is awaiting for the CC till 16th floor and further till 21st floor. Tlll now builder has CC till 9th floor.
My concern is that whether registraion of agreement is valid for 11th floor flat while CC was till 9th floor only at the time of registration?

In this case you should go to court I register the case with police against the BMC and builder , why they registered the agreement when there is no cc for more then 9 floor, these means the municipal people and builder are joint a hand to fool people's and robing the money from the innocent people. Please do this on priority basis.

Legally it is not valid if CC is upto 9th floor.

I bboked on 11th floor...my question is whether registraion of agreement is valid for 11th floor flat while CC was till 9th floor only at the time of registration?

Hi Gaurav, In which floor did you book your flat? Before booking did you cross check all the document with the help of legal expert?
