Hi Mr Jain, In my point of view, if any one planning to buy or invest on residential project , they must check all the need full documents. Check all the details ,plans,builder track record ,approvals, locality etc . So that in future no need to blame anyone or feel guilty.
Hi Mr Raj, As per my conversation with builder executive, I knew At the time of booking- 10% of Total Cost, Within 45 days of Booking- 30 % of Total cost, Within 6 months of first installment- 30% of Total cost, At the time of possession- 30% of Total cost.

Hi Himani, Yes this project has down payment plan. This payment plan is like :- At the time of booking- 10%, With in 45 days from the date of booking- 85%, At the time of possession- 5%.
Hi.. i was looking at the project and understand that the work is almost done in 10th , 11 th and 12 th avenues and the work has just started on the 14th avenue... guess the 12 th avenue will give possession by the year end while 14th avenue and all will take a min of 2 years time...
See, according to my knowledge HDFC and ICICI have approved the project, but the local brokers were not confirmed about it and builders are also not mentioning... hence contact the builder directly :)

Hi, frnd, Gaur City 2 , 11 avenue is a good project interms of end use. Due to the affordable prices and also the location. The price they have kept is around Rs 3550/- (Flexi Plan). They are offering 2-3-4 bhks .....
See, investing in Noida extension is itself is a risk,.. because the land issue is yet not solve and there are many confusion about the verdict... there are still clashes between the builders, government and the farmers. but the area will boom up within 3 years. that time the future return you will get!! :) will be more than the you take now.
