Hi Ankita, As per my knowledge, the down payment plan of this project is like:- At the time of booking- 10% of TC, With in 45 days of booking- 85% of TC, At the time of booking- 5% of TC.
Hi all, i have enquired a lot about the project and found that the minimum cost is here 58 lakh for 2BHK all inclusive. Structure is ready, furnishing work is going on. Here Payment plan is really attractive in terms of Investment 20% i have to pay in 30 Days rest after 1 year at the time of possession. I think it would be great investnment. This location is very close to EDM mall, hardly 200mtr.

Hello Payal, Not too much but yes, i live in Ghaziabad. though the location of project is on EDM road, there is no way to enter the project tower from EDM/Delhi side currently. The current entry is from near Radisson Blu, Kaushambi.
But there is a plan to construct a road from Radisson Blu upto Gazipur Mandi by GDA. Once that road is built, then entry from Delhi side will be possible. In fact, the map from Builder shows that side as the "Main Entrance" planned.

Hmmm according to my knowledge ..Vaishali metro station is just 2 km away from the project's site. you also have Kaushambi metro within 1.5 km and ISBT bus stop is 2 km away hence the connectivity of the area is good.
