Hi, in between i would like to add a reason for this sub city to get a real estate strong market is Vasundhra is hardly 15 minutes far , you will get society flat with parking :)

Vasundhara area is developed by Awas Vikas but registry is being dome at GDA and all the rules and regulation of GDA also applicable for this area.!!!

Coming to afford ability, the average locality price is around Rs 5800 per sq ft, which is 15% higher than what it was few months back ..:) :)

See one of the reason, for which the micro market is rising is the connectivity which is going better day by day, second is ,, the that Delhi is full , and congested as my frnd said, hence people are spreading out in affordable places...

Due to extremely congested live & increasing land/flat rates I know
several new families shifting from DELHI to GZB areas like Vaishali /
