why the builder has stopped construction for last 6 months in this project. No reply of the answers from the builders

Dear Mr Shenoy, Bhaumik and Karan Pathak,
You have repeated what the builder has posted on its website. only structure work upto 9th floor was done about 6th months back. No work is being done for 4-6 months. It is under stood that they do not have permission to build floors. However, none have replied that why the construction has stopped. Regarding delivery, Even Ekdant today start construction with full speed, they can not deliver before December, 2015.

This project is located in one of the prime location, having all daily basic amenities nearby. Construction work of this project is on full swing. This builder is totally focusing on customer satisfaction by providing them best quality construction work. Currently upto 9th floor slab work has been completed.

As per my knowledge, this project has total 4 blocks , spreads over 2 acres. Total number of units in this project is 224. This project has 70% of open space. Vaishali metro station is around 5min away from this project. School, hospitals, banks & shopping malls are very nearby.
