Hoskote is well connected to important parts of Bangalore. It is a quick drive from the Bangalore International Airport, Byappanahalli Metro Station and the K.R. Puram Railway Station. The BAIL is 30 drive away as Budigere Road connects Hoskote and railway station is just 20 minutes away. A six lane Super highway is being developed all the way to Sri Perambudur that will reduce the travelling time between the two cities. So you can see good apareciation in this stretch.

A lot of development is happening in Hoskote also so investing in KR Puram and Hoskote stretch can also be fruitful.

I would advice you to go for KR Puram Budigere stretch. It is also emerging as a good long term property investment option. Proximity to Whitefield, the IT Hub and improved connectivity to the airport has generated interest among potential buyers.

I completed agree with Mr Girish connectivity and affordability are the two reasons why the region is developing so fast. Road widening has greatly impact the KR Puram Budigere belt positively. According to sources, we can see lot of development happening in this part.

The KR Puram Hoskote belt has the chance for a lot more absorption. The stretch is seen as an industrial belt, not many IT companies hve bought for which it makes a secondary investment option. According to property analyst the stretch may not be good for investment destination for short term.

Hoskote, an area in Bangalore which holds great promises and expectations. It is not a place where time will stand still. It is about a great ambiance, good infrastructure and fantastic connectivity. Recently, the government has inaugurated a BMTC bus depot which was built for Rs 4.70 crore. A new integrated satellite township with proper infrastructure has been put in place. Good road planning has taken a precedent over here. So how can you say that the area is not good for investment purpose.
