Nelamangala(kunigal circle) or Anekal which is a better place for investment?
Q: Please advise me as I do not have much knowledge of real estate. I have seen few projects like ascent county , upkar green valley near kunigal circle (nelamangala).. my friend advised me to look near anekal. I am confused of which area would provide me good returns in future and also if at all I want to construct a home which area would be better of the above two.
Nelamangala is also emerging as a prime residential destination as the area is close to Tumkur road and Bangalore-Mangalore Highway. Once the area was a village but the now it is fast developing. There are around 13 new projects in this area which are in different stages of constructions. You can expect a very good appreciation in the coming future. :) :)
A lot of development is happening in Chandrapura-Anekal belt, I feel buying a plot in this area is going to be fruitful and worth for investment purpose. After few months you can expect appreciation as Phase II of Bangalore Metro has already got Chandapura circle included in the rail network proposed and is expected that Anekal will be included in Phase III.
