You can go for projects like Noves Square and Bharatiya City in Thanisandra Main road where the price of the apartments starts from Rs 36 lakhs. Thanisandra Main Road is also close to Manyata Tech Park. People work in IT Parks will prefer to stay in this area.
As per my knowledge, The new project coming up in Hedge Nagar are Garuda Palace, Vajram Essenza and Inland Imaad. The price of apartments in these project starts from Rs 32 lakhs to Rs 72 lakhs approx.
Thanisandra, a locality in north Bangalore, has witnessed a 15 percent hike in the property values during the October-December quarter 2012. The highest and the lowest price for the properties stood at Rs 4,228 per sq ft and Rs 3,992 per sq ft, respectively in this area.
