Q: A new Project is being advertised now a days - The Business Capital by Aadhar Infra Holding in Noida Ext.

It is being highlighted for many reasons :

1. Neither the website ( adhargroup.com ) nor any of brochure has Plot no , where project will come .
2. Name resembles to existing Real extate co having website ( aadhargroup.com) but not connected to it in any ways .
2. Promoters are owners of Broking firm named Homz4all and does not have any experience . Link of Facebook page is

3. Company guys are telling project is at Plot no 20 KP-5 , but no such Plot no ever alloted by Authority .
4. Upfront discount of 15% in name of commission is offered to clients in addition to other discounting.
5. Delivered projects shown actually belongs to some other developers .

Zero experience , No land , Dubious background .

Should we invest and let any one invest in such projects ?

i have gone through their website its http://www.adhargroup.com/ its working properly ,you have visited wrong website (www.aadhargroup.com)
there is a lots of difference in website url www.adhargroup.com and www.aadhargroup.com and also address is different one company is in noida and other company in Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar.
you are confusing in both company and mixing both .
