I am planning to invest in Thanisandra. Can I expect property appreciation and it is worth investing in this area?

Property prices are expected to increase by 15-20 percent. About six months ago, property price per square feet was Rs 4,450 which has now soared to Rs 5,300 per sq. ft.

Thanisandra is a growing market and is close to prime locations such OPP, HBR Layout, Kirloskar Business park, Nagwara Junction, Manyata Tech Park and Airport

How is the reputation of the builder Honey Comb Developers and is the locality good for investment purpose?

The company is mainly focusing in construction of Multistoried Residential Buildings with all amenities. The company is a registered firm with specialization in Buildings, Public Health Engineering Works and other Structures. They have increased the price from Rs 3300 per sqft to Rs 3400 per sqft.

What is the rate per sqft they are quoting? What about the water supply in that area?

The current rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 3300. The project will have panchayat water as well as borewell water so do not worry about the water supply.
