There are more than 20 projects in Crossing republik which are on going , i can list few of them like Ajnara Gen X ,Arihant Ambience, Assotech The Nest,Bulland Heights, Cosmos Golden Heights, Crossings, Exotica Eastern Court, Gardenia Square, Gaur Global Village,Mahagun Mascot , Panchsheel Wellington, Paramount, Proview Laboni , Saviour Greenisle , Shri Balaji Foster Heights, Skytech Merion Residency and Supertech Livingston.

Also i would like to add that the infra of the place is very developed and more Dev elopement is taking place .. A lake a golf course and walk ways within the town ship. Proposed Hospital, Schools, malls, metro , Hotel Banks, post Office, police station, fire station etc. are in the vicinity.

The main attraction is its location. It has direct connectivity with NH-24, Indirapuram, Noida and Greater Noida. Spread over 360 acres, the sprawling township has all the facilities like malls, shopping centres, retail outlets, office space, hospitals, banks and schools under one roof.

Hi, when we speak about Crossing republik and its growing market : Crossings Republik have emerged as strong contenders to Indirapuram in Ghaziabad. Yes this is rising mirco market in NCR. the major play is the connectivity. Due to the connectivity , the buyers are treating it like a hot cake. Investment in here is a very good idea and will give more than expected future returns.

Crossings Republik has approximately 4900 units of 2 BHK apartments, 6700 units of 3BHK and 1200 units of 4 BHK apartments. All this units ranges between 1200 to 1600 sq.ft in area, are the highest in number under the project. Also Crossing Republik is famous for multi-storey apartments,. Hi, according to my knowledge, when the area started developing 12 firms came in. After the land issues got solved it became a junction of 32 builders. There are many real estate companies like Supertech Group, Panchsheel Buildtech, Assotech Ltd, Paramount Group, Gaursons, Mahagun and Ajnara who came up with their projects in this area.
