What about the amenities offered in this project ? And which all banks have approvals for home loans ? I hope there is water supply ! Are they giving any discounts or negotiation..for this project ?
Some of the amenities are like Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, Health Facilities, 24Hr Backup, Security, Intercom, Club House, Wifi, Gymnasium etc. Some of the banks are like HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, DHFL have approval for this project. Yes, water supply is good and the project is approved by Noida Development Authority. I don't think they are giving any discounts.
When is the expected possession date ? What was the lauching price ? Which all units are available currently ? How is the approachability of the project ? -
The expecetd possession is around July 2015. The lauching price was around Rs 3,550. This project was launched on November 2011..currently the price per sq ft is around 4,650, You can get good returns within two years if you are planning to invest.

The price per sq ft would be around Rs 4,650. The area is around 1190-1280 sq ft for 2bhk and for 3bhk it would be around 1425-1800. When are you planning to book.
