Q: Thinking of buying a house in Opal Akshaya. Anybody knows about the builder? I was considering between investing in a 2BHK appartment in Prestige St john's wood (around 1.3 cr) or buying a row house in Opal (around 1.25 cr). Am leaning towards Opal because it comes with a land area of 2000 sqft. Built up area of 3500 sq ft. (3BHK duplex). Mainly am interested in opal because of increase in land value in long run. Any thoughts on this?
Prestige group is one of the reputed builders in Bangalore City for their quality and space management. Prestige St Johns Wood is 1 1/2 years old project and there are 3 new wings aded to the existing 4. Each Block is of 12 floors (6 flats in each floor). I feel it is better to go with Prestige as they are a brand.
Projects seems to be nice and as far as I know Niranjan Developers has completed around eight projects in Bangalore. But what about the construction quality and do they complete the project on time.
