Common Road between Shriram Smrithi and other builder

Q: Hello Friends,
Can anyone please clarify my query on road issue in Sriram Smriti. I visited that site i liked that property but the only issue is another project is coming inside that premises and the road is also common for that ready one phase.

Hi Mittal,
I have already booked a flat in Shriram Smrithi two year back in west block. I am in touch with Shriram management. They have clarified me that only 16 Row Houses are coming in that Akruthi. That is back side of Shriram properties. But any ways the road is common for both the project. I know there is no issue for the project. I have visited few completed project of Shriram properties i am not sure i think Shriram Samrudhi @ Whitefield have same issue regarding common road but i have not found any problem for the same. They are maintaining it well.
