What about the amenities offered in this project ? And which all banks have approvals for home loans ? I hope there is water supply ! Are they giving any discounts or negotiation..for this project ?

Currently no discounts is given for this project.

Currently only 3 bhk and 4 bhk are available. The project is in very good location..The expected possession is around Dec 2015. Prestige Mayberry, Whitefield, is a good project..if you are planning to buy..i would suggest you to do your bookings soon.

Thanks for the information Vivek. Can you tell me some more details about the project. What is the price per sq ft and how much is the area of 3 bhk and 4 bhk ?? I m looking for 3 bhk...so is it available ?

The price per sq ft would be around Rs 7,600. The area is around 3155 sq ft for 3 bhk and 4bhk is round 3589 sq ft. If you are planning to buy, you will get more details when you go for a site visit.
