What is the current rate per sqft going on in this project and when is the possession? Which banks are providing home loan and Is is approved by BBMP?

The current rate per sqft going on for block A,B and C is Rs 3700 and for Block D,E and F it is Rs 3500. The possession id expected by 2015, May. All nationalized banks have approved the project and it is approved by BBMP.

Thanks Vivek, but what is the reason that they are quoting more for A,B,C block and less for D,E, F Block. Any idea?

They reason they told me is that A,B,C block is close to main road and the rest of the blocks are away from the road side. :) :D

What about the amenities offered in this project ? And which all banks have approvals for home loans ? I hope there is water supply ! Are they giving any discounts or negotiation..for this project ?

It is very close to just close to Royal Orchid Hotel. Almost all banks are providing loans to this project. Currently no discounts is given for this project...Some of the amenities are like Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, Health Facilities, 24Hr Backup, Maintenance Staff, Security, Intercom, Club House, Wifi, Cafeteria, Broadband Internet, Library, Tennis Court, Badminton Court, Gymnasium. You can check with builder about the negtiation ...some builders negotiate after speaking to them .

Currently only 2bhk is available. The expected posession date will be around December 2015. This project is located in Located at Borewell Road, Whitefield Bangalore. ...nearest railway station would be whitefield railway station.

The price per sq ft would be around Rs 3,800. The area is around 1150 sq ft for 2 bhk. If you are planning to buy, you will get more details when you go for a site visit.
