its a nice project , every well designed and trust me i have not seen any developer working on such a eco freindly projects , with lots of greenery in that , believe me every plot has not less than 12-14 tress and full layout is pack jammed with tress and beautiful place to stay , very good loction to stay and very good project for investment , luckily i got one plot in this project and i am really happy with the way development is been carried out .

The Natural Equation is a nice project it offers villa plots with size ranging from 2400 sqft to 5000 sqft but the only concern is that the project has got approval from Panchayat and Khata from Panchayat for which you may face problem in taking home loans. Other than that every thing is fine.

The project was launched 9 months ago and the rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 1650. There are only 14 plots available as of today. If you are planning for investment purpose then it is a good project and more over there are good schools like DPC and Patricks International school near by.
