Q:Anybody who has purchased a plot in this layout can vouch for this project? Builder says theyll be launching phase 2 in few months.The layout is only DC converted and has panchayat khata but due to proximity to upcoming prr, builder says this will come under bbmp limits in few months and will need to pay betterment charges. Any concerns with this project?

Latest Answer: its a nice project , every well designed and trust me i have not seen any developer working on such a eco freindly projects , with lots of greenery in that , believe me every plot has not less than 12-14 tress and full layout is pack jammed with tress and beautiful place to stay , very good loction to stay and very good project for investment , luckily i got one plot in this project and i am really happy with the way development is been carried out .
