When is the expected possession date ? What was the launching price ? Which all units are available currently ? Even one of my friend is planning to buy..

The expected possession date will be by December 2015. The lauching price will be around Rs 4,300. This project was launched on July 2013. This project is located in good locality..i.e near to Sigma Tech Park, Whitefield.

@Vivek, My budget is around 60 lakhs. Can you tell me some more details about the project. What is the price per sq ft and how much is the area of 2 bhk and 3 bhk ??

Okay, the price is 58 lakhs for 2bhk. The price per sq ft would be above Rs 4,600. The area is around 1270 sq ft for 2 bhk and 3 bhk is around 1695 sq ft. Are you okay with this amount ?
