Is VK Probuild a good real estate company?

Q: I wanted to purchase a 2 bhk flat in Rohini, while searching Google find a company called VK Probuild Pvt Ltd which is providing 2bhk flat in just 22 lakhs with modular kitchen.

Can someone tell me about this company? Should i purchase a property with it or avoid it?

I had a genuine experience. I don't think that they are actual experience. Well now I have filed legal case on both Vinod and Vijender as they are not returning my money. They don't even pick our calls. I have given my suggetion in my previous blog which i have personall experienced. It's your money and you decide if you want to lose it.

VK Properties is doing fraud with people. I've paid 7 lacs to them. Their property is not ready from last 1 and half year and neither they are giving refund. A lot of known of mine has gien almost half of the money to Mr. Vinod and Vijender. They are not giving any properties and not even returning money back. I would suggest not at all to buy their property. Your money will be stuck.

Hi, Mr Vinod, the builder is a reputed one, as per few brokers. They announced the official launch of its new housing project near Rohini Sector 23. The name of the project is VK Residency; every range of residential property is available from affordable flats to luxury apartments. Did you visit their office???
