Q: There are so many residential projects in L Zone Dwarka but right now there is absolutely no infrastructure in the area. Builders are selling apartments by saying buyers that l zone will be a smart city in next 4-5 years. Is it really possible? What is your opinion regarding time taken in building basic infrastructure in L Zone (forget about smart city). Is it worth to invest 47 lakhs for a 2bhk flat in Victorian Privilege project in L zone by Victorian corporation developer?

Latest Answer: Maybe it the appropriate time for investment in the L Zone under the DDA Masterplan 2021but the buyer should not forget that extra time on the real use of the schedule on the land require by the authority. Therefore drafting that you are Investing in these times you will have to sit small for for a few years for the investment to grow. Compare the housing property before buying.

Q: Want to buy a flat in Victorian County Project of Antrix Society but I am in doubt as it seems a new developer. Please share your experiences with the property developer. Suggest any other good project in Dwarka Phase 2, L-Zone. My budget is 40-60 lakhs.

Latest Answer: HI @@@@ In L zone there only society can sell their project because land status is agriculture so there is no approval so builder can not sell their projects,and keep following points before investing in l zone 1-check registration of society and back ground of promotors, 2 always check the registry paper of land parcel 3-Check the locations of land parcel as it would decide your land.

Q: I wanted to purchase a 2 bhk flat in Rohini, while searching Google find a company called VK Probuild Pvt Ltd which is providing 2bhk flat in just 22 lakhs with modular kitchen. Can someone tell me about this company? Should i purchase a property with it or avoid it?

Latest Answer: I had a genuine experience. I don't think that they are actual experience. Well now I have filed legal case on both Vinod and Vijender as they are not returning my money. They don't even pick our calls. I have given my suggetion in my previous blog which i have personall experienced. It's your money and you decide if you want to lose it.
