Latest Answer: Hi, According to me choosing a best real estate agent in the locality is a tough job. Get recommendations from friends and relatives, and see which agents are buying and selling the most homes in your neighborhood. Read online reviews, but realize they don’t tell the whole story, since most clients, satisfied or dissatisfied, don’t write reviews. Interview 3-5 agents to find the one who is the best fit for you.

Q: Hi, it seems that Pune based real estate developers have made a good profit in recent times
Latest Answer: Hi Sneha, Besides having main office in Pune, they have also opened a branch office in Bangalore and Mumbai. Though they entered the Mumbai market through 2 redevelopment projects, they made a strong hold of their projects in Mumbai. Heard that they have ambitious plans in next 3 years to double their revenue to Rs. 1500 crore expansion plan and have presence in more markets. Not bad for a company which, just a decade ago, was doing just Rs 10 crore worth of business.
