What are the amenities provided in this project ? Which all banks have approvals ?

Project has amenities like Swimming Pool, Play Area, Health Facilities, Library, Tennis Court, Multi Cuisine Restaurant, Bar, Indoor Badminton Halls, Squash Courts, Billiards And Snooker, Cards R etc. Banks such as LIC, SBI, ICICI, HDFC, Axis banks have approval for this project. Are you planning to take loan ?

The expected possession date will be by December 2015. I think you have to wait two years more to get possession.

Okay, that's cool. The size would be around 2,817 Sq ft and the price would be Rs 3.27 crore..depends upon the size of area you are choosing.
