this project not yet started as on 11th july 2015 and they dont have BBMP approval.

Hi! I enquired about Dreamz Swadhya Whitefield, behind Safal Market in end of April 2015. They told it is a new pre-launched project and construction will be started after around 3 months. Possession will be given after around 16 months,ie, sometime in end of 2016. Later on I found their property documents are not properly registered. After that from here I learned that you people (like Jackie, Gurmeet, Abhilasha) booked flat in this project in 2013!!!!!!!!!!! My God......so I am just eager to know that whats your next step?

When I inquired about the project almost two years ago, the project was suppose to get completed end of 2015. As you said that they have not start with the construction work yet then I think they are going to take another two years if not more.

When I enquired about this project in 2013 it was told to me that the project will get completed by end of 2015. Now you are telling that the construction work will start by September, the n when will the project get completed

The expected possession date will be by Dec 2015. :) I think you have to wait two more years ,..but this flat is really affordable.

Some of the amenities are like Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, Health Facilities, 24Hr Backup, Security, Rain Water Harvesting, Cafeteria, Indoor Games, Multi Purpose Hall, Water Softener Plant, Laundromat, Jogging Track, Jacuzzi, Creche And Baby Care etc.

Good..then you can even go for 3bhk. The price for 3bhk is around 21 lakhs. and for 2bhk is around Rs 13 lakhs. The area would be around 730 - 1259 sq ft.

Dreamz Swadhya is one of the good project in Whitefield. Yes this project is approved by BBMP. Banks such as SBI, HDFC, LIC, ICICI, Axis have approvals for home loans. Are you planning to buy ?
