Can you please provide me with details approvals, price per sqft, possession date, banks loans etc?

Comment

As far as I know BIAAPA has approved the project. The price per sqft they are quoting is Rs 3000 as of now. The expected possession date is by 2015 April and banks like Axis, HDFC, SBI and DHFL has approved the project so you can take home loan form this banks.

The price of 2 BHK starts from 44 lakhs and price of 3 BHK starts from 56 lakhs. The amenities provided are: • Rain water harvesting
