To judge about which is the better place, i would like to say that both have good potential for investment and good locality for end users..because of few factors like :

Proximity to travel to Noida and Delhi

Excellent Connectivity

Affordable housing

Good Future prospect

So both the areas, can rate 3.5 out 5.. but you need to be specific about the projects

Neelima ji there are many projects coming up in this area… like both the areas… you can say..15 projects.. few good projects are French Apartments, RG Luxury Homes, Gaur City-2 Sanskriti Vihar,
Panchsheel Greens 2,Rudra Aqua Casa.

Thanks for the basic information but i would like to add few more things into that… this place was facing lot of land litigation issues and was undeveloped locality, until the High Court order came in… The fate of thousands of home buyers is hanging like a pendulum. While some developers have scrapped projects and canceled units of home buyers, the rest of them are waiting for the fateful day to shift to their dream homes. Hence, Noida Extension’s Sector are the recent buds in real estate market. If you are going for long term investment, opt for the area.

To start with Noida-sector 16, is located near the DND Flyover and which has become the focal point to draw the attention of buyers and investors. Noida Extension Sector 16 B and 16 is located close to Delhi (around 30 km). Many sectors of Noida, close to Hindon river are adjacent to Greater Noida, and can be easily reached through the Noida-Greater Noida Link road.
