Does the builder provide OC, CC?
Does this project has A-Khata for both land and Building?

As per my knowledge, you can check for localities like Hoodi Circle, Mahadevpura, Kadugodi and Chanasandra. These areas have scope of high appreciation but limited land stock.

Hi, this Project is located in Whitefield. Just 2km to 5KM from the project there is Railway Station like Whitefield Railway Station. When are you planning to buy ? Which unit you are looking for ? The completion date will be by Dec 2014.
