As far as I know the ongoing rate per sqft in this area is Rs 6000 per sqft. The area is witnessing good demand in the real estate sector the reason is the area is close to Marathahalli and Bellandur. Moreover people who are working in Whitefield are searching for rent in this area as the area is well connected through ITPL main road. If you have any plans for investing in this area then this is the right time for investment.
