Hi Rupak, the price for 3bhk will be around 43 lakhs with size around Sq.Ft. 1385-1500 . You have not mentioned your budget. Please mention your budget so that I can tell you according to your budget and availability.

Thanks Supratim for the quick reply. My budget is around 50 lakhs. I think I should move forward with my thought, since it is under my budget. I have a doubt, like I m having account in SBI...will I be able to get loan for this project..as I m planning to take half the amount as loan.

HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, State Bank of India are the banks which are providing loan for this project. If you have an ac in SBI, surely you can get loan.

Hey Rakib..the possession date will be by March 2014. Yes, this project is approved by BBMP. This is quiet good project as far as I know.
