Is this project good for investment or enduse..? I m little confused , can anyone tell me what to do ?

This project is not good for enduse becuase it is not a developed area. I think if you are planning for investment and then sale after 5 years. It would be good option.

Which all banks are providing loans ? What is the booking charges ? How far is Yamuna Bank Metro station ?

Banks like HDFC, ICICI, Axis are planning to take approvals but till now they have not taken approval. The booking charges will be around 10 perc of unit cost. It is around 35 kms away from Yamuna bank metro station.

They are planning to launch before Diwali. The expected possession date will be by 2017. The nearest bus stop will be Pari Chowk. It is just 5km from the project .

booking charges for 2 bhk is 3 lacs and for 3 bhk its 4 lacs as far as banks are concerned till date no approvals from any bank but soon the same will be done....launching will be done in next 10 days....

The price per sq ft will be around Rs 2,600 to 2,700. This price is prelaunch offer, else the price per sq ft would be around Rs 2,900. Currently 2bhk and 3bhk arae available. 2bhk is 1000 to 1100 sq ft for 33 lakhs and 3bhk is 1300 to 100 sq ft for 34 lakhs.
